కంకణాల రమేష్, Asst. ఇంజనీర్, పంచాయతీరాజ్ శాఖ., Z.P., వరంగల్ జిల్లాకు చెందిన తెలంగాణ #ACB అధికారికంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్న గోగులోత్ సారయ్య తన కార్యాలయంలో అసిస్టెంట్ గా వ్యవహరిస్తున్న ఒక ప్రైవేట్ వ్యక్తి ద్వారా రూ.10,000/- లంచం ని డిమాండ్ చేసి స్వీకరించినందుకు, ఫిర్యాదు దారుడి ఇంటి నిర్మాణం కొరకు. "కుడా" నుండి ఆమోదం పొందడానికి భవన అనుమతి దరఖాస్తును ప్రాసెస్ చేసేందుకు లంచం డిమాండ్ చేసి స్వీకరించాడు.
